Like with any fellowship or lab, the fellows hope to "get in the door" or be staffed in a writers room. But Made in NY gives them the confidence that having their own TV show on the air is a very real possibility. The Made in NY Writers Room is made up of fellows of diverse backgrounds from New York City. The fellows must meet specific application criteria, including a nomination from a recommending organization or membership in the Writers Guild of America, East. You can learn more about the fellowship here: https://www.wgaeast.org/writersroom/ Don’t forget to subscribe to the Write On Podcast on iTunes! |
